Every alarm comes with its mechanism; every claim with its source; every dataset with its limits; every prediction shown as a picture you can check against what happens. We write in functional language — you should finish a sentence and know something. When we hold a view, we mark it as ours and say what would change it. Never sensational, and never inert.
